I found the decor in the bedroom quirky, embracing the horse racing theme. the accommodation was clean as new. all the staff were very friendly. They were efficient and accommodating. breakfast was delicious and well presented.
The bar lacked variety. There were no diet soft drinks available, and the selection of spirits was limited. i hope they expand their beverage options in the future.

The staff was pleasant! they greeted guests with a lovely smile and cute manner. Donna at breakfast looked after us fantastically well. they provided jugs of chilled water promptly when requested.

The check-in process was unbelievably slow. It took ages just to get my room key, and the staff seemed confused (i don't know why). the complimentary water wasn't replenished for the second day. I found this particularly annoying, especially after a long day. A simple thing like that should be automatic.

This hotel had very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a great size. There was a desk for learning. I found fantastic pillows.
I noticed a stain on the shower towel. It was a little off-putting, but didn't ruin my stay.

The noise level really bothered me. There was a lot of commotion on my floor till late at night, especially since it was a monday. i think people were drinking. also, i found a stain on my shower towel, which wasn't very nice.

this hotel is easy to get to by car and it is virtually silent considering it is next to a busy main road. parking is available in front of the building and it is free.

The hotel informed me no food was available upon my late arrival. Menus throughout the hotel stated a limited 24-hour list. The bathroom grout needed attention. It looked quite worn. I feel the price was too high for the offering.
